And Speaking of Flying Purple People Eaters, Did I Mention That I Served In Vietnam?
I was joking earlier today in the comments section of one of the threads below about Kerryusing any issue whatsoever to bring up his Vietnam service. I wasn’t terribly far from the truth; and it seems that even the NYT has noticed. Real heroes don’t talk about their heroism at all, much less, in every other sentence they utter. Kerry’s braggadocio in regard to his four months in Vietnam is wearing thin. Of course, when I or any Republican calls attention to this practice, we are sure to be accused of questioning the Senator’s patriotism. Well, so be it.
